Chevrolet TrailBlazer    Trailblazer

The TrailBlazer built at Moraine Assembly is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sport-utility, or sport-utility, available in various trims, ranging from the LS 2WD to the LT 4WD. The LS 2WD is equipped with a standard 4.2-liter, I6, 275-horsepower engine that achieves 16-mpg in the city and 22-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims.  The TrailBlazer SS redefines the "sport" in Sport Utility Vehicle with a 6.0L LS2 small block V8. It generates 390 horsepower and 400 lb.-ft. of torque, taking TrailBlazer from zero to 60 in under six seconds.

GMC Envoy               Envoy

GMC continues its long tradition of fine trucks with the 2004 Envoy.  Winner of the 2002 Motor Trend SUV of the Year. Moraine Assembly produces the 5-passenger Envoy in a number of trim options, SLE and SLT in both 2 and 4-wheel drive. The Envoy can pull up to 6300 lbs. Coming soon is the Envoy Denali, soon to be on a par of its own.

 

Isuzu Ascender    Ascender

Isuzu’s latest sport utility vehicle went on sale during the 2003 model year to replace the company’s long-lived Trooper. 
Even though the Ascender is larger than a midsize model, it’s smaller than typical full-size SUVs.

The Moraine Assembly-built Five-passenger Ascenders is offered in only one S trim level, but option packages that include LS, Leather and Luxury are available.

The Ascender has two-wheel drive (with traction control) or on-demand four-wheel drive. The four-wheel-drive system has four modes: automatic, 4-Low for hard going, 2-High and 4-High. Limited and LS models include a locking rear differential.
 

Saab 9-7X  Saab

Saab was founded by 16 aircraft engineers.  Their spirit lives on.  The 9-7X is Saab's interpretation of the sport utility vehicle.  And, as you might expect, the results are far from ordinary.  The power of an available 300-hp V8 engine and standard automatic all-wheel drive meets the finesse of Scandinavian design.  The Aero version comes with a 6.0 liter V8 with 395 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful SUVs in the business.
