Moraine Assembly production for the Week of March 10, 2008 has been suspended.
The following employees should report to work on Monday, March 10, 2008:
· All salaried employees
· All Division II employees (Skilled Trades) unless otherwise notified by their Group Leaders
· Other employees as notified by their Group Leaders
All other IUE-CWA represented employees of Moraine Assembly will be placed on temporary layoff beginning Monday, March 10, 2008.

You must call 1-877-644-6562 to file for unemployment starting March 9th but no later than March 15, 2008. Call 1-800-489-4646 to file for SUB if eligible. The mass lay-off number is 800129.
If you have filed a claim in the 52 weeks prior Ohio law states that there will not be a waiting period for unemployment benefits. It is critical that you file for unemployment in a timely manner to be eligible.
The status of production for the week of March 17, 2008 will be determined on Friday, March 14, 2008. Please check back after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2008 for the status of production the week of March 17, 2008. Should the strike continue, the lay-off may be extended and the update on March 17th will give you additional direction. Upon resolution of the strike we will post updates as to when employees will be recalled to work.
