1. Starting June 1, 2009 the Union Hall will have new hours. The new hours will be from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.

2. Deadline for individuals on Option 5 to convert to Option 4 is JUNE 12, 2009 no later than 3:30 P.M,

3. For individuals that were experiencing problems with the correct rate on their sub, it has finally been corrected and will be receiving their back pay in the next few weeks.

4. Individuals on the HMO will be receiving invoices to get current on the health care contribution.

5. There will be a 2 day online auction for plant parts and items, May 12th & 13th. This auction will be conducted by Maynards. Web sight and time will be posted as details unfold.

* Make sure to use the newest form found at this link
* Make sure you use Blue or Black Ink
* Double check that you have signed the form in the correct places
* Make sure that all boxes that apply are answered and that you carried over the estimated Tuition to the Estimated Totals box
*If you put an email address you will not receive regular mail response, be sure to check your spam folder for the response if you haven't received a response.

Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Questions and Answers

Question: I have been certified as TAA eligible by U.S. Department of Labor. What are my rights to participate in TAA training?

Answer:  So long as you follow instructions and complete your benefits rights interview (BRI) and enroll in training promptly, you should be able to participate in TAA-funded training so long as your selected training meets the rules for approval of TAA training.
